SOS Loyalty Points are meant to be smooth and easy as your appointment! Just let us know at checkout that you want to use some (or all) of your SOS Loyalty Points toward your bill.
Only two rules. When you use points at checkout, you must use a minimum of 250 points. And, points are never worth cash back, you can only discount your bill.

How do I check my points?
How do I redeem my points?
Even easier. Just let us know at checkout that you want to use some or all of your points towards your invoice. The minimum amount of points to use is 250 points.
How do referrals work?
Click the Refer a Friend Button on your SOS Webstore account.
How do I get points for my referrals?
Your friend must be a NEW Client. If they have visited any SOS location, they don’t qualify for referral points for you. After your friend accepts the “Claim Offer” from your referral, all they have to do is come into the shop for service. Just make sure the email they use in our shop when scheduling is the same email they claimed your referral with.
I visit more than one SOS location, do I need to have multiple rewards accounts?
When will points show up to my account?
Do points expire?
Yes. Points expire if you haven’t come into one of our shops for service or retail purchase after one year. You will receive an email 30 days prior to points expiring. We will be unable to restore expired points for account inactivity.
