Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling.

Consent

All clients must provide informed consent before receiving services. We prioritize your safety and comfort.

SOS Wax & Skincare has the right to refuse service for actions we deem inappropriate, verbal or physical.

To ensure the best service and availability, we require credit cards for certain bookings

Credit card required for all online bookings and services over $50 to ensure coverage with additional estheticians.

Card not charged at booking

If you have previously no-showed an appointment at SOS Wax, we will require a credit card to hold any future appointments.

No-shows for scheduled appointments will be charged 50% of the service value to the credit card used at booking.

Clients with multiple no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments or walk-in only.

We require a minimum of 6-hours notice to cancel your scheduled appointment.

Late cancellations within 6-hours will be charged 25% of the service value.

Visit our location in-person and pay for your future service right there.

No guarantees on availability of appointments or esthetician requests.

Maintenance Services Available

The window for maintenance pricing is four weeks from your last appointment of the same service, regardless of the number of days in the month.

If you no-show for a maintenance appointment, you will be charged full price for your next appointment.

No guarantee your requested esthetician will be available. Going beyond the timeframe means full price.
